Thrive Legal is recruiting ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career within legal and financial services.
This is a self-employed, commission-only position. There is no base salary. Earnings are performance-based and directly linked to completed business.
Successful applicants will join the Thrive Academy pathway — beginning in estate planning (Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney) while developing toward regulated financial advisory qualifications.
This is a fully remote opportunity suited to self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
What You Will Do
- Speak with clients regarding Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Manage cases from introduction through to completion
- Follow a structured client and sales process
- Earn commission on completed legal business
- Participate in structured Academy training
- Progress toward advisory qualification (subject to performance and exam completion)
Earnings
This is a 100% commission-based role.
On-target earnings are typically:
- Year 1: approximately £25,000
- Year 2: approximately £35,000
- Year 3+: £60,000+ for consistent performers
Figures reflect realistic progression within the Academy and are not guaranteed salary.
