We are seeking a personable Lettings Agent to join our Estate agency. The successful candidate will managing property lettings, liaising with clients, and ensurg a seamless rental process. Duties
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties
- Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement signing
- Conduct property inspections and ensure properties meet required standards before occupancy
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to address queries, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth communication
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and update the property management system regularly
- Organise viewings, appointments, and follow-up communications efficiently
- Support marketing efforts by creating engaging listings and promoting properties across various channels
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout all stages of the lettings process
