The Role
As a member of our front-of-house team, you aren't just taking orders—you are an ambassador for our brand. You will be responsible for:
- Providing Expert Service: Guiding guests through our menu with detailed knowledge of ingredients, pairings, and preparation.
- Mastering the Floor: Managing your station with efficiency and elegance during busy services.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring table settings are flawless and guest needs are anticipated before they are even voiced.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our Chefs and Shift Supervisors to ensure a seamless flow between the kitchen and the dining room.
What We Need From You
- Fine Dining Pedigree: You have prior experience working in a high-end or fine-dining environment.
- Polished Professionalism: A genuine passion for hospitality and a refined, friendly manner.
- The Hustle: The ability to stay calm, collected, and fast on your feet during a 45-hour work week.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of food and wine (further training will be provided, but a strong foundation is key).
