We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant/Manger who is dynamic, can work under pressure and help our business grow to the next level. Experience is essential. No overseas candidates or candidates looking for sponsorship. 3-4 years experience in this role is required. Experience has to be UK based. The position is available with an immediate start.
Job involves:
1. Developing our recruitment
2. Processing candidates through our onboarding process
3. Managing all staff training
4. Managing supervisions and appraisals
5. Organising staff meetings and training sessions in-house
6. Liaising with our HR consultants regarding any staff issues, contracts, policies and procedures.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Be able to manage and prioritise workloads
3. Minimum 3-4 years HR experience in the UK in a leadership role
4. The position is office based
5. Be able to use various online systems, excellent at Microsoft and Excel
6. Good communication skills and be able to speak to people at all levels
7. Can work independently and does not always need to be supervised
8. Attention to detail
