Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Duration: Permanent

Our client based in St Ives is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the existing ISO 9001 quality management system, while leading the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 across the business.
The role will involve driving continuous improvement, managing quality processes, leading a technician, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the organisation. Ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role whilst also influencing wider business strategy..

Job Duties:
· Take ownership of the existing ISO 9001 Quality management system
· Lead the implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
· Monitoring production processes
· Ensuring compliance to agreed standards and clients’ specifications
· Continuous improvement
· Developing and implementing quality control processes
· Monitoring production processes
· Performing and hosting quality audits
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints
· Investigate and resolve complaints with our suppliers
· Train and lead staff on quality standards, procedures and best practices
· Hosting internal quality meetings
· Maintain accurate quality matters and prepare reports for senior management
What we are looking for:
· Formal quality qualifications (Degree in Quality Management or Engineering or Certified Quality Manager)
· Ability to lead a team, to provide guidance to other departments and to communicate quality standards across the business
· Ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions
· Ability to plan, execute and monitor quality initiatives
