The Role
We're looking for an ambitious sales professional ready to step up into their first Head of Sales position. You don't need to have held the title before, we're looking for someone currently operating at Senior BDM level who has the drive, track record, and commercial instinct to take ownership of team performance and revenue growth.
This role comes with a clear progression path to Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Personally close key sponsorship and partnership deals
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategic outreach and growth initiatives
- Work with leadership on revenue strategy and expansion plans
- Monitor KPIs, forecasting and sales reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in B2B event sales
- Currently at Senior BDM or similar level
- No prior Head of Sales experience required
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of the events and sponsorship sales market
- Must be able to commute to Bristol
- Commercially driven and self-motivated

- Established network in events or corporate partnerships
- Some experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments
