Finisher / Snagger – New Build Housing
Saxon Chase Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Finisher / Snagger to work on a new build housing development in Ellesmere, Shropshire (SY12).
Important: Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be based in or around Wolverhampton, as you will be required to collect a Contracts Manager from Wolverhampton and travel to site in Ellesmere on a daily basis.
Travel expenses will be covered
Duties will include:
- Painting
- Glossing
- Filling
- Working through snagging lists
- Basic plastering
- General finishing works on new build properties
- Ensuring plots are completed to a high standard ready for handover
Requirements:
- Previous experience on new build housing sites
- Ability to complete snagging lists to a high standard
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle
- Must be based in or around Wolverhampton
