No recruitment experience is required, we provide full training through our award-winning six-month development programme designed to help you build a successful long-term career in recruitment and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work in a 360 sales role managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Business development and generating new client relationships
- Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
- Building long-term partnerships with clients
- Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Building your personal brand within your specialist market
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
