Warehouse Operative – Pallet Decanting & Quality Control
Location: Highbridge, TA9
Shift: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 16.30
length of job - 3 to 4 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.75PH
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team.
This role involves working with plastic trays, carrying out pallet decanting, quality inspections, and repalletising products to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decanting pallets of plastic trays stacked up to 2 metres high.
- Inserting dividers between trays as required.
- Conducting visual quality checks to ensure products meet specification.
- Repalletising trays safely and accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
