As a Senior Support Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality support to people we support, ensuring their personal needs, daily living, and social activities are met.

Follow person-centred care plans, ensuring ongoing review and updates in collaboration with management.

Administer and accurately record medication in line with procedures.

Ensure service users access the community, attend medical appointments, and develop independence.

Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring high standards of hygiene and personal care.

Accurately complete daily records, incident reports, and other key documentation.

Support individuals in managing their personal finances and maintaining relationships with family and professionals.

Follow company safeguarding policies, escalating concerns appropriately.
