Role Overview:
As the Live-In Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day management of our restaurant, ensuring that each guest receives a flawless experience from start to finish. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the front-of-house team to maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and quality control.
- Manage staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service between front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Manage reservations, floor planning, and customer inquiries.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Drive profitability by managing costs, stock levels, and working with suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or Rosette-level establishment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service, guest relations, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
- Previous experience in managing a live-in role is advantageous.
