Duties
- Cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing hair according to client preferences and current trends
- Mentoring junior staff and assisting with store management responsibilities when needed
- Offering personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Upselling additional products and services to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment to uphold health and safety standards
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills to encourage repeat business
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing, colour techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to mentor junior team members and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
