Treo Recruitment are supporting a close charity partner to find an enthusiastic Employability & Health Coordinator to support the delivery of employability and health programmes across Doncaster. This rewarding role will involve working with young people and adults, including those who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), helping them build confidence, develop life skills, improve wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver employability and health-focused programmes across the community.
- Support participants to develop confidence, life skills, and positive lifestyle changes.
- Engage individuals who may be isolated or disengaged from employment, education, or community activities.
- Build strong relationships with participants, partners, schools, families, and community organisations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and programme data.
- Support safeguarding, wellbeing, and quality assurance processes.
- Promote Club Doncaster Foundation programmes and community initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering employability, education, health, mentoring, coaching, or community-based programmes.
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals, young people, or those facing barriers to employment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- A positive, proactive, and motivational approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Experience working with NEET individuals.
- Health, wellbeing, sports coaching, mentoring, teaching, or employability qualifications.
- Knowledge of local health and community services.
