Sales Internal Account Manager – Corby (Permanent)

ECHO Personnel is recruiting an Internal Account Manager for one of our clients based in Corby. Our client is a well-established and highly respected business within the display solutions industry, supplying quality products and services to customers across the UK.
This role comes with an excellent commission structure, which we'll be happy to discuss with shortlisted candidates.

This isn't a hard-selling, cold-calling environment. Instead, you'll be managing customer relationships, supporting existing accounts, and helping businesses get the most from the products and services available to them.
You'll need to learn the products and pick up some industry-specific technical terminology along the way—but who doesn't love learning a new skill? Full support will be provided, and attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are just as important as previous sales experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Supporting customers throughout their buying journey
- Managing existing accounts and helping them grow
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Re-engaging lapsed customers and welcoming new ones onboard
- Preparing and managing customer quotations
- Arranging customer visits and showroom appointments
- Promoting online resources and e-commerce platforms
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Providing proactive support and solutions to customer enquiries
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (around 1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn
- Social media knowledge would be an advantage
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
