Make lived experience count.
We're working with a values-driven housing association based in Yorkshire, committed to ensuring the people we support shape the services they receive. We're looking for an Insights & Engagement Manager to make that happen — turning real voices, data, and feedback into meaningful change across the organisation.
This is a varied, high-impact role sitting at the heart of how we listen, learn, and improve. You'll lead our involvement and engagement strategy, build trusted relationships with people accessing our services, and translate complaints, satisfaction data, and lived experience into clear recommendations that drive better outcomes.
What you'll be doing
You'll plan and deliver inclusive, trauma-informed engagement activities, support our lived experience committees, and advocate for service users right up to Board level. You'll also own our insight and reporting function — gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, spotting themes and trends, and producing reports that influence strategic decision-making at the highest level.
What we're looking for
- Experience in engagement, involvement, or insight within a social housing, health, or social care setting
- You'll be a car driver with access to your own vehicle (Site visits to other services across the district)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with both data and people's stories
- A confident communicator who can present complex information clearly to senior leaders
- Someone who genuinely believes in co-production and person-centred practice
- Familiarity with Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) would be a real advantage
What's in it for you

Pay: Up to £35,786.00 per year
Benefits:
