We’re seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join a well-established and respected law firm with offices across Cornwall.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a full residential conveyancing caseload within a professional and supportive team environment, with genuine scope for long-term development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Drafting contracts, conducting title checks, and managing enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Overseeing transactions through to post-completion
- Staying up to date with property law and contributing to best practice within the team
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Experience with case management systems (preferred)
