Do you love ice cream, social media and creating a fun customer experience?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident and creative team members to join our busy seaside store. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys customer interaction, making fun content for TikTok/Instagram, and working in a colourful, energetic environment.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining customer service, ice cream scooping, shop presentation and social media content creation. No two days are the same during the busy season!
Your Responsibilities
- Serving customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Scooping and preparing ice cream, sweets and treats
- Creating fun photo/video content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Helping promote the shop online through engaging social posts
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times

- Loves working with people
- Is confident, outgoing and friendly
- Enjoys social media and creating content
- Has a creative eye for trends, photos and videos
- Is reliable, punctual and flexible
- Works well as part of a team
- Brings positive energy to the workplace
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
- Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels or video editing apps
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Photography or content creation skills
- Confidence speaking on camera
