Community-Based Care Supervisor – Full Time

About the Role
We are seeking a Community-Based Care Supervisor to join our Neath Port Talbot team.
This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, with hours typically between 6:40am and 10:00pm, including breaks throughout the day.
The position is primarily community-based, involving direct care delivery, along with supervisory responsibilities such as:
- Conducting spot checks and client welfare visits
- Supporting and mentoring new care staff
- Maintaining high standards of care and compliance
- Liaising with clients, families, and the management team
- Attending occasional office days (Ammanford branch, 9am–5pm) as required

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (essential)
- Minimum 1 year of care experience (preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (preferred)
- A caring, professional, and proactive approach to your work
