We're looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help oversee our busy dessert kitchen, supporting the Management team in delivering outstanding treats and exceptional customer experiences every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of our dessert kitchen
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Ensuring desserts are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing deliveries
- Upholding food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Training and developing team members to help them succeed
- Helping create a positive, motivated, and fun working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced kitchen or food production environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance procedures
- A passion for desserts, quality products, and great customer experiences
