Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Joiners to begin work for a well-established company in the Belfast/Mallusk areas.
About the role:
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: Competitive, depending on experience, with a pay review after 6 months
- Company Van & Fuel Card Provided
- Temporary to Permanent Position
- Start: ASAP
Brief Role Description:
We are seeking experienced Joiners to join a busy maintenance team carrying out works across void and tenanted properties.
Duties will include:
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Kitchen installations and repairs
- All types of door installations and repairs
- Ironmongery repairs and replacements
- Basic glazing works
- General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
- Working closely with tenants, clients, and other trades on-site
- Completing work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work areas are left clean and tidy
- Completing site documentation electronically and/or paper-based as required
Long-term work available with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Must be a time served / qualified Joiner
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Strong background in maintenance and building repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Valid CSR Card required (can be arranged if necessary)
- Willing to participate in an out-of-hours callout rota
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong focus on health & safety and quality workmanship
