About Aspen Care Homes
Aspen Care Homes is a fully refurbished, large therapeutic house, purposefully designed to support only two children at a time. By working within a small and focused model, we are able to prioritise quality of care, emotional safety, and a genuine homely atmosphere where young people feel settled, valued, and heard.
Our leadership team has significant experience across both adult and children’s care sectors, providing a strong foundation for our expansion into residential children's services. As Aspen continues to grow, we are committed to promoting from within—ensuring staff have genuine opportunities to progress into senior and leadership roles.
What We Expect From You
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including sleep-ins (£50 per night)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Ability to remain calm, patient and reflective under pressure
- Enhanced DBS check
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or willingness to complete it)
- Experience in residential childcare, therapeutic care or similar settings
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice, safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Knowledge of children’s care legislation
