We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team full-time from June through to September at our busy Mexican outdoor street food restaurant in Liskeard.
This is a high-energy summer role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and knows how to make great drinks while creating a brilliant customer experience.
Requirements:
- Cocktail experience is essential
- Previous bar experience required
- Must be confident working in a busy environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, spirits and soft drinks
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Restocking and monitoring inventory levels
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Working closely with the front of house team during busy services
