Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Perk: £2000 Sign-On Bonus (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00, Saturday: 08:30 - 12:30, Sunday: Closed

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Vehicle Technician to join our Citroën & DS site in Carlisle.
The Role
This is a key position within our workshop team. You will work closely with service advisors and the Aftersales Manager to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Completing vehicle health checks and all associated documentation accurately
- Liaising with service advisors to ensure clear and effective communication
- Maintaining manufacturer and safety standards at all times
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Vehicle Technician qualifications (essential)
- Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach with good initiative
- Full UK driving licence
