Concrete Fencing Products Manufacturing Operative
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team manufacturing concrete fencing products, including concrete posts and gravel boards.
The role involves working in a busy manufacturing environment and will include regular heavy lifting, preparing moulds, pouring concrete, moving finished products, keeping the work area clean, and helping the team with day-to-day production tasks.
Full training will be given, so previous experience is not essential. However, the successful candidate must be punctual, physically fit, hardworking, and able to follow instructions carefully.
You will need to work well as part of a team, keep up with a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing good quality products.
Main duties include:
- Manufacturing concrete fencing products
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Preparing and cleaning moulds
- Pouring, moving, and stacking concrete products
- Keeping the work area tidy and safe
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Working as part of a team
The ideal candidate will be:
