Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist Associate to join our Fully Private dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive oral health services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals, Composite bonding, general dentistry with possible braces and Invisalign
- Utilise medical imaging techniques to assess dental issues accurately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- GDC registered
- Previous experience in the Private dentistry sector is required must provide some previous works
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care are crucial.
Pay structure based on associate's rate to be discussed in the interview, must be very flexible and willing to contribute to building own patient's list and be very proactive in the private sector
