The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process.
You will work with a wide range of properties across Leeds and play a key role in matching tenants with suitable homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and qualify their property requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and secure lets
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and online portals
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records
- Generate new business opportunities where possible
- Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the lettings journey
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within lettings or estate agency is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and motivated by earning commission
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Knowledge of the Leeds property market is advantageous
