Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of the cuisine and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and accommodated
- Serve dishes with precision and timing
- Anticipate guests’ needs throughout the meal, offering drinks, additional condiments or assistance as required
- Maintain a polished appearance and attentive demeanour at all times
Experience Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience is desirable, but not essential, as training is provided
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Training & Qualifications Provided
- Food safety and Hygiene training course

We are recruiting for one full‑time casual Dinner Staff position, or this may be offered as two part‑time roles depending on the right candidates.
