Field Sales Executive
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £29,200 + uncapped commission
Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon–Fri, typically 10:00–18:00)

We are working with a well-established, family-run FMCG business that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products directly to customers’ doors. With a long-standing commitment to supporting local suppliers and providing excellent customer service, the company continues to expand its presence across local communities.
They are now seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to join their growing commercial team, supporting the expansion of a successful doorstep delivery service. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and being rewarded for their performance.
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will travel to targeted communities promoting a trusted doorstep delivery service, building relationships with new customers and helping to grow market presence within your region.
This is a customer-facing, field-based position where confidence, resilience, and enthusiasm will directly impact your success and earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted doorstep canvassing to promote a local delivery service
- Engage with potential customers and clearly explain the benefits of the offering
- Represent the business professionally as a brand ambassador
- Identify customer needs and handle objections effectively
- Capture new customer details accurately and liaise with internal teams
- Travel to designated territories to support customer growth
- Work towards achievable weekly sales targets
Candidate Profile
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a results-driven environment.
Suitable backgrounds may include:
- Field sales
- Door-to-door sales
- Retail sales (e.g. mobile phones, utilities)
- Call centre or telesales
- Other customer-facing roles
Key attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable approaching new people
- Able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- DBS check required (supported by employer)
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
