Due to continued growth, we are looking for several hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team in Letchworth. This is a hands-on, varied role offering the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects, develop your skills, and provide support across a wide variety of projects.
The Role
You will be involved in a range of outdoor projects, including but limited to:
- Fencing, Surfacing, River restoration, Boardwalk installation, Vegetation management, hard and soft landscaping
- Operating machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining clean and organised work sites in line with Health & Safety standards
- Minimising material waste on site
- Liasing with the Contracts Management team on a daily basis
Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- CSCS card (Desirable)
- Previous experience in landscaping, surfacing, fencing, Hard and soft landscaping
- Experience with plant machinery (e.g. digger/dumper) preferred
- A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary, Monday-Friday 40 hours per week. All workwear and PPE provided. Fantastic company benefits and career progression opportunities.
