We are looking for a creative Sales Executive, with a passion for interiors in our luxury Harrogate Showroom. The primary objective of the role is to drive sales success by developing relationships across a range of clients including Retail End Users, Architects, Interior Designers, Showroom Partners and Contractors. Our aim is to ensure that we are seen as the stone supplier of choice.
Key Requirements:-
· Previous sales experience within the interiors sector.
· Experience in luxury retail or other customer facing environments.
· To achieve and exceed wherever possible both showroom and individual sales targets as communicated.
· Ability to present products to clients via a good understanding of colours and design concepts whilst explaining features and benefits thus guiding the client through the decision making process.
· Understand building/renovation projects.
· Strong overall written communication skills for social media and customer communication.
· Keen understanding of timelines and the ability to close sales efficiently.
· To use the company KPIs to benchmark own success and that of the showroom; work to improve client conversion at all times.
· To prospect and introduce new clients to Lapicida
· To build on existing client relationships to ensure long-term opportunities are built and maintained.
· To ensure company target margins are achieved.
· To achieve target conversion percentages and make recommendations of how these can be improved.
· To work proactively as a team member within the showroom environment
· To fully utilize the software system to track enquiries, raise quotations, manage all client communications and as a storage file for all relevant project related correspondence.
· Work closely with the Operations team to ensure customer needs are met.
· To ensure all matters of Health and Safety are reported swiftly so that issues can be rectified and the environment remains safe for all individual
