Now Hiring | Health & Safety Advisor | Civil Construction
Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for your next challenge in civil construction?
Here at Caval Recruitment, we are working with a leading civil construction contractor to find a dedicated and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join their team, supporting the safe delivery of civil engineering projects from the ground up.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be working closely with site teams and project managers to ensure compliance with current health and safety legislation, conducting site inspections and audits, producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and driving a positive safety culture across all sites.
What we're looking for:
You'll hold a relevant H&S qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent, have proven experience in a similar role within civil construction or infrastructure, and possess strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels. A full UK driving licence is essential.
