Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available for daily service
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new breakfast dishes to enhance guest satisfaction
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience with meal preparation and culinary techniques specific to breakfast dishes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Previous experience in restaurant service or serving is advantageous but not essential
- A passion for creating high-quality breakfast offerings and delivering excellent customer service

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
