Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery in the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of culinary excellence while managing food costs effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, demonstrating creativity in food production.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
