About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Waiter/Waitress with bartending experience to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience, and assist with the preparation and service of drinks. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers and spirits.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, dining area and service stations.
- Process cash and card payments using the till/POS system.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist with stock control, replenishment and inventory checks.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant.
- Proven bartending experience and knowledge of drink preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Experience using EPOS systems.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and wine service.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
