The Vacancy
Senior Renewals Associate
Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and as a Senior Renewals Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio performance through the successful negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews.
Working closely with the Renewals Manager, you will take ownership of more complex and high value deals while supporting wider team performance, pricing strategy, and process improvement. You will act as a key subject matter expert, balancing commercial outcomes with an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead the successful delivery of renewal activity across the portfolio, ensuring all opportunities are maximised while maintaining strong and lasting customer relationships.
What we look for
Proven experience in lease renewals, rent reviews, or commercial property negotiations
Strong track record of managing complex and high value deals
Commercially astute with a focus on driving revenue growth
Confident negotiator with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to coach and support others
MRICS qualified or working towards is desirable
This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.
