Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- Coordinating repair and maintenance requests and liaising with approved contractors.
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assisting with tenancy administration, compliance and property documentation.
- Liaising with utility providers, local authorities and other third parties where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard.
- Supporting the wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll gradually take on increased responsibility and develop towards managing your own portfolio of properties.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes genuine pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience within property, estate agency, lettings, administration or a customer service environment.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of people.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and professional when dealing with competing priorities.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career within the property industry.
In Return
You'll be joining a highly regarded independent business where people genuinely enjoy working together and where you'll receive the training, support and encouragement needed to build a successful career within residential property.
