We're looking for an SIA Licenced officer to start immediately with us, supporting the operation at our clients site in Shipley.
Responsibilities:
- Booking vehicles on and off site maintaining accurate records of routes and vehicle movement’s
- Control of ingress and egress of vehicles to site
- Control of staff access and egress to site maintaining accurate logs of contractors, visitors and agency staff
- Monitoring of access control and CCTV systems to control visitors to site and maintain a secure facility
- Respond to emergencies, following correct procedures
Person specification:
- Ability to work within a team or alone as appropriate
- Strong written, verbal communication and organisational skills are essential
- Must be flexible and reliable
- Ability to accurately record incidents as they occur
- A calm demeanor to deal with difficult and conflict situations
- Have excellent customer service skills and basic PC literacy
While previous experience is preferred, it’s not essential as full training & support will be given to the successful applicant.
