Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. This role requires a commitment to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Ability to maintain the standards of quality , food , safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within the kitchen
- Familiar with the principles of HACCP
- Organise and run an efficient breakfast /Lunch/Dinner for 100 cover with support from junior chefs
- Communicate ordering , shortages and manage stock and mep for the breakfast section
- Shift timing between 6 am to 9 pm , 5 days a week , including weekends. Overtime is paid and available per business need.
Requirements
- Passion for fresh quality produce
- Professional culinary qualification is essential
- 1 year experience in a similar establishment
- Flexible , reliability and adaptability
- Oral and written fluency in English
- confidence in multitasking and following instructions
- A Passion to be creative and develop themselves
- Right to work in UK
