Shifts range from 10:00am–7:00pm and 11:00am–8:00pm
The role of Key Holder / Retail Assistant:

Open and close the store, ensuring all security protocols are followed

Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers

Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns

Maintain store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are attractive

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment
The ideal Key Holder / Retail Assistant:

Previous experience as a keyholder or in a similar retail role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts
