Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, early finish on Fridays
Manage multiple M&E projects (HVAC, plumbing, renewables) from pre-construction to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

- Hotel projects
- High-end residential (including a bespoke mansion project)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contracts (NEC/JCT), including variations and risk management
- Control project costs, valuations, and final accounts
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with H&S and industry regulations
- Support delivery of energy-efficient solutions (heat pumps, solar, biomass)
Requirements
- Experience in Contracts Manager / Senior PM role within M&E
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical services
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Experience with large-scale projects
- Full UK/ROI driving licence
