English Teacher – Long Term Temporary Role

Daily Rate: £150 – £230 (depending on experience)
Interaction Education are currently working with a secondary school in Havering to recruit an English Teacher for a long-term temporary position starting in September 2026.
This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a consistent placement within a supportive English department.
The role will involve:
- Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning, preparing and marking in line with the national curriculum
- Supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes
- Working as part of an established and collaborative department
- Full-time, long-term commitment
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
- Good classroom management and behaviour management skills
- A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
