Class 2 Multi Drop Driver
£14.91 + £25 Weekly Performance Bonus
45 hours per week (5 days over 7)
We are actively recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team for busy multidrop delivery routes from our depot in Port Dundas. Delivering across the Glasgow area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles to deliver milk and other food products to shops, restaurants, dairies, hotels etc.
- Complete Tachograph procedures accurately
- Carries out temperature checks on the vehicle and records information.
- Maintain cleanliness of the van, both internally and externally, and reports any faults or defects.
- Assist with loading of vehicle adhering to all H&S regulations
- Reconciles deliveries.
- Comply with Working Time and European Tachograph regulations
Experience required:
- Experience Class 2 Multi Drop Driving
- Customer care experience
- Valid CPC & Digital tachograph
Skills & Knowledge required:
- Manual Handling
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good numeracy skills
Additional Information:
· Early morning starts are required.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service are essential.
· Knowledge of UK geography and efficient route planning is beneficial.
