£31,493 to £34,495 ( Inclusive of sleep in's )

Join our client’s dedicated team as a Residential Support Worker and help create a supportive, caring environment for children and young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges. Your work will have a meaningful impact, providing stability and guidance in a safe setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children and young people aged 8-18 in a residential environment
- Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and development activities
- Promoting a positive, nurturing atmosphere through meaningful engagement
- Building trusting relationships and offering emotional support
- Adapting to changing needs and managing challenging behaviour with resilience
- Working on a rota, including long shifts and sleep-in duties
Requirements:
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Prior experience working with children or vulnerable groups
- Resilience, flexibility, and a caring attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and on shift patterns
