TimePlan Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Primary Teacher to join a specialist school in Cambridge from September.
This is a full-time, ongoing position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The school caters for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs, providing a supportive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The Role

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with ASD and complex needs.

Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.

Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Has proven experience working within SEND settings.

Demonstrates a strong understanding of autism and complex learning needs.

Is patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
