Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business & Operations Leader to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to support the management team, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the continued growth of our franchise network.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting franchisees, and contributing to business development and client management.
Duties
- Work closely with the Founder/Chairlady & PA to support business strategy and growth
- Oversee and improve daily operations across the business and franchise network
- Support sales activity, including client engagement and identifying new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and clients
- Handle contract documentation with attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate confidently with clients and franchisees via phone and email
- Lead by example, promoting high standards, accountability, and professionalism
- Provide hands-on support where needed to ensure service delivery

- Strong management and organisational skills
- Proven sales or commercial awareness
