Primary Teaching Assistant – Rubery (B45)

We are currently seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rubery (B45). This is a long-term position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with the class teacher and other staff to help pupils achieve their full potential in a positive and engaging learning environment.
Role Requirements:
- Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3).
- Have previous experience working within a UK primary school.
- Be confident supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
- Support the class teacher with the delivery and preparation of daily lessons.
- Provide interventions with children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
