Care Assistants required for day or night shifts
The Care Assistant is a member of the care team appointed to support Registered Nurses (RGN) in the delivery of care to our service users. The role involves contact on a physical and psychological level with service users and their families. The post holder will undertake a range of activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, having been assessed and deemed competent in the activities required.
The successful individual will be an integral part of the caring team, delivering the highest standards of evidence based personalized care to service users whilst respecting each individual’s rights, privacy, dignity, independence, choice and fulfillment.
The post is subject to suitable references and a full enhanced disclosure will be required (cost to be met by candidate).
Hours - 33 per week, includes weekends on a rota basis.
