Cappella is a new cleaning company built on one simple idea: cleaning done properly, every time.
We’re growing our team and looking for 5 experienced cleaners to join us on weekdays /weekends across
Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding area.
We take on a wide range of work — hotels, Airbnbs and holiday lets, offices, end-of-tenancy
cleans, and commercial premises — so no two weekends look quite the same. If you take pride in leaving a space genuinely spotless, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Cleaning a variety of properties to a consistently high standard — hotels, Airbnbs, holiday lets,
offices, end-of-tenancy jobs, and commercial sites
Turning over guest rooms — changing bed linen, making beds, refreshing towels
Deep-cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, and en-suites to a hotel-standard finish
Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general tidying of rooms and communal areas
End-of-tenancy deep cleans, including inside appliances, cupboards, and skirting
Restocking supplies (toiletries, tea & coffee, etc.) where required
Checking properties for any maintenance issues or damage and reporting them
What we’re looking for
Previous cleaning experience is essential — you’ve done this before and know what a
properly finished job looks like
A valid UK driving licence and your own transport (essential — you’ll be travelling between
sites)
A strong eye for detail and genuine pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Available to work weekends
What’s in it for you
£14.00–£15.00 per hour, based on experience
Mileage reimbursed at the HMRC approved rate (45p per mile)
