Summary
Wigan, Full Time | Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm
Must drive and have own vehicle
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing estate agency team in Wigan.
Previous estate agency experience is preferred, however strong sales experience is essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, customer-focused and confident in dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering buyers and arranging viewings
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Generating valuations and business opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers and sellers
- Supporting the team with general office duties
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience essential
- Estate agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work required to provide holiday and staff cover.
Pay range is £22,500 to £30,000+ with uncapped OTE commission
