Signature Hosts Ltd is a growing London-based serviced accommodation and property management company specialising in premium stays across London.
We work with landlords, property owners and guests to deliver exceptional accommodation experiences whilst building a trusted hospitality brand.
As we prepare for our second round of investment raise and portfolio expansion, we are looking for a motivated individual who would like to gain real-world experience in property investment, business development and entrepreneurship.
About The Opportunity
This is currently a volunteer portfolio-building opportunity designed for a student, graduate or aspiring business professional looking to gain practical experience in:
- Property Investment
- Business Development
- Fundraising
- Investor Relations
- Entrepreneurship
- Real Estate
The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder of Signature Hosts and play an important role in helping prepare the business for growth and future investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of an investor pitch deck
- Research property investment and funding opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Support business growth planning
- Assist with investor research and outreach
- Help prepare business presentations and reports
- Support fundraising preparation
- Assist with strategic business development projects
Ideal Candidate
- Interest in property, startups or entrepreneurship
- Strong research and organisational skills
- Good written communication skills
- Familiar with PowerPoint, Canva or Google Slides
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Looking to gain hands-on business experience
MBA Students and graduates are encouraged to apply.
